Fairly clean, simple hotel, there was a friendly reception. Everything was fine, nonetheless a few employees were very unpolite. The stay was absolutely fine.

Staff and location were very good and I especially thoroughly enjoyed that the place was fairly clean. The room was bright with exceptionally comfortable beds. It was set in a good area.

I had a really unforgettable stay here, incredible value for money. Everything was fab, efficient staff and unique location. Plenty of food at breakfast, such as eggs, tea, hot waffles, coffee and cheese. Its service was great too.

Original place with great location and rooms. Lots of options for breakfast including eggs, coffee, hot waffles and cheese. The hotel was in a very pleasant area. Also, I was at a medium distance from a massive glasshouse. Pool was clean and there was a very clean restaurant on site.

Perfect overall experience. Clean, good value hotel, the location was perfect right by local amenities and bars/restaurants all nearby, the city centre, Sheffield train station and the Crucible.

We were given room that really could have been cleaned.

Efficient location, SUPERBLY FRIENDLY staff, pleasant restaurant. The hotel offers traditional meal in the morning, different food. Excellent view of river.

I really enjoyed the fantastic room and cheerful staff. Brilliant view, a tiny balcony, cozy bed, too. They made my stay fantastic! Pool was covered too. The beach was wonderful.

Very bad bathroom, and the breakfast was cold.
